Race 1 (Redcar 240) – The three-year-olds Rio Grande and King of Paradise are both open to further improvement and in a tough handicap are nominated along with the in-form Ingleby Exceed.
Race 2 (Newmarket 255) – This huge prize could very well go the way of the talented Havana Gold who has won four of his five starts and unseated when in front close home on his only defeat. We nominate the Richard Hannon-trained colt as a banker selection.
Race 3 (Ascot 305) – As long as the ground isn’t too testing Mince will take some catching here, but in case there is a little too much give underfoot we also include old favourite Genki.
Race 4 (Newmarket 320) – Prussian, Clayton and Blazing Speed are our three against the field in this well contested 10 furlong handicap.
Race 5 (Ascot 335) – Belgian Bill looks set to go well in this open seven furlong handicap and along with both Jamesie and Set The Trend is fancied to see us through to the penultimate leg of the bet.
Race 6 (Redcar 345) – Hajam went very close in the valuable sales race at Doncaster last month and could be in line for handsome compensation. Hototo is another who has had a fine time of things this season and together with Jillnextdoor, a close fifth in the Group 1 Cheveley Park Stakes last week, can see us through to a bumper payday.
Suggested Scoop6 perm – 3x1x2x3x3x3 = 162 bets
