The countdown is now well and truly under way for the rugby union autumn internationals, with the world champion All Blacks venturing north for games against Scotland, Italy, Wales and England (3/1 – 2013 Six Nations outright).
Sri Lanka take on New Zealand in a one-off Twenty20 on Tuesday looking to bounce back after defeat in the World T20 final. Five one-day internationals and two Tests follow and so they will be looking for a winning start to their clashes with the Black Caps (Sri Lanka 1/2, New Zealand 6/4 – Match Prices).
Two of the semi-finalists for the ICC World Twenty20 will be confirmed on Monday although it is still all to play for going into the final round of matches in Group 1 of the Super Eights.
The T20 World Cup action continues on Saturday with two huge games as England face New Zealand and hosts Sri Lanka take on the West Indies.
Sri Lanka take on New Zealand in the first match of the Super Eight stage of the World Twenty20 on Thursday. Both sides won one and lost their other game in the group phase and will be looking to get off to a winning start in Pallekele (Sri Lanka 8/15, New Zealand 11/8 Match Prices).
There are two more matches in the World Twenty20 (match prices) on Sunday as New Zealand play Pakistan and England take on India. Brendon McCullum has scored the only century of the tournament so far so can he repeat the dose this weekend?
The inaugural Rugby Championship gets underway on Saturday and this year’s competition has an added ingredient due to the appearance of Argentina (100/1 tournament outright), who will be looking to prove their class after finally being included in an annual international tournament.
